- 2 cups of milk (dairy, almond, oat, or any milk of your choice) or water
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Heat the Milk: In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent scalding. Don’t let it boil!
- Mix the Cacao: In a separate bowl, combine the raw cacao powder, sweetener, and a pinch of sea salt. Once the milk is warm, pour a small amount into this mixture, whisking until it forms a smooth paste.
- Combine: Gradually add the remaining warm milk to the cacao paste, whisking continuously until fully blended.
